OUR IMPACT

As a not-for-profit, PACT holds a unique position in the justice system. We work side-by-side with victims, Department of Public Prosecutions, Queensland Police Service and Queensland Courts.

Through this collaboration, we see the challenges victims and witnesses face navigating the justice system. We’re an independent, trusted support service that helps people feel informed, supported, and empowered. By standing beside victims and witnesses throughout the court process, PACT strengthens access to justice while contributing valuable insight into how the system can better serve them.

This is the difference PACT makes. This is our ImPACT.

PACT is supported by a remarkable network of trained volunteers who generously give their time. This volunteer led model allows us to remain an independent and impartial presence within the justice system, focused solely on supporting victims and witnesses as they navigate the court process.

PACT is only able to provide support to vulnerable victims of crime through the generosity of the community.
